Guarantee of Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered, or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship, OUR designs, Inc. will promptly replace it with a similar item of equal value, or will provide you with a credit or refund. This does not apply to customer error in ordering custom-made or personalized items.

Returns must be in original condition. To qualify for an adjustment under our guarantee, simply phone OUR designs, Inc. at 1-859-282-5500 within ten (10) days of delivery, explain the nature of your dissatisfaction and we’ll gladly give you instructions on the return or disposition of the merchandise.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our very best to hold the line on prices, but can't guarantee them since they are often beyond our control.

Additional Shipping Information

Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package.

If any item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified.

OUR designs, Inc. ships Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm EST. Orders placed during business days after 12:00 pm EST or on Sat, Sun and Holidays will be processed on the next business day. If the product ordered shows "In Stock" and all billing information is verified with your credit card company, shipment should occur within the next 24 business hours.

UPS 2nd Day Air service is available for only $7.95,
in addition to our regular shipping charges ($15.00 for Alaska and Hawaii).

UPS 2nd Day Air Service and UPS Next Day Service are available for delivery locations within the United States, except APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes or certain extra heavy items. Please note 2nd Day Air is two (2) business days while Next Day Air is one (1) business day. Neither of these services picks up nor delivers on weekends and holidays.
