I can hear!

Awesome sound! I had trouble with other stethoscopes, nothing sounded clear, then I tried my fellow EMTs scope which was a Littmann. I now have my own and love it!

Best Stethoscope

Best sound i've heard from a stethoscope. Clear sound, Single lumen instead of two tubes.

"As someone just getting into the field (and by that I mean I'm taking the NREMT test next week, so technically I'm not even in the field yet) would it be worth me ordering this upon passing the test? A friend of mine has one so I know they're great.. Just not sure if its something I should grab right off or if I should wait awhile"

This is entirely personal preference. This particular model is called a ""Master"" because it's assumed the user has mastered auscultated sounds of the heart and lungs. Being new in the business this might be a bit advanced although, again, it's personal preference.
